    Example

    “Putting the need of the many before the greed of the few.” Her resignation letter pulls no punches, telling that she’s a lone voice crying out in Labour’s wilderness.

    Example

    This rabble is a disaster, an embarrassment on the world stage!!

    Example

    Examples

    Angry citizens took to the streets to protest the war.

    If the reality is denied and still no measures are taken, we will take to the streets until they act.

    Example

    The two  presidential candidates were locked in a tight race in this swing state, mostly unchanged since July.

    Example

    What happens in America is the metronome… that sets the beat of what happens across the globe.

    So why doesn’t he say that the police should concentrate on proper crime, not some wishy washy response.

    lacking in strength or flavor : weak

    wishy-washy wines
